Patient Advice and Liason Service (PALS)
Patient advice and liaison service (PALS) focuses on improving the NHS for patients. Their aim is to:
• Advise and support patients, their families, and carers
• Provide information on NHS services
• Listen to your concerns or suggestions and help sort out problems quickly on your behalf
• Help you when you need advice, have concerns or don’t know where to turn
The PALS service is accessible to patients, their carers, friends and family. The PALS service treats every enquiry with the same level of importance and the same level of confidentiality. The service is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and is based at Douglas Mill, Bradford.
